Apparently little magnets are so dangerous that they must be banned. Your regulators hard at work.
How many children – not even the target audience of the product – have been injured? A dozen (at most). How does that compare to the # of children injured in, say, bicycle accidents? In 2010, the US Dept. of Transportation estimates that 12,000 children were injured in bicycle-car incidents. And yet there are no calls for banning bicycles.
The CPSC is destroying companies and destroying common sense and personal responsibility.
